Ruptured ovary cyst
I need help with symptoms I have after the ruptured left ovarian cyst.My periods started 3 days back and with that I got fullness and dull pain in left pelvic side. Pain increased and progressed with the time. Then next day it was very painful to lay down/ sit/ stand for prolong time. I was getting acute pain whenever my bladder will get full or even with gas and bowel movements. Then same day( second day of periods) when I stand up and try to straighten up body I will get burning sensation in left side which felt like labour pain. I couldn’t sleep second night too due to pain if I turn on bed. On third day I woke up and again had intense pain in low abdomen left and right side too when I stand up. I went to emergency same day( yesterday) they did ultrasound and said they do not see cyst, but can see fluid in pelvic area and they think that cyst ruptured on left side. They gave me pain medicine along with some strong narcotic pain reliever to take for few days. Not sure if I should be taking them. I can tolerate pain.
Right now I have burning pain when I move in left side pelvic area that goes slightly up to the ribs. I do not want to get some scarring/ adhesion due to rupture. Please advice what should I do?
