Chronic Epididymitis with Frequent Urge Urinary incontinence

Hi,

I am a 26 year old male from Canada. As of April start, I have had a swollen tube like structure on the tail of the left testicle. I believe this is the tail of the epididymis of the left testicle. I have had 2 ultrasound both came back clear. I have had 5 urine tests and 3 blood tests, all of them came back clear. I have seen 3 doctors and 1 urologist, all of which cannot figure it out and dismiss my symptoms. I have not had any sexual contact.

Previous health issues: Celiac Disease. Constipation. Chronic Anal Fissure. I have been using Diltiazem ointment for 1 year now for the anal fissure. I have used diltiazem tablets/pills for a 6 month period and now stopped for the fissure as prescribed by doctors. After I started using diltiazem maybe like 4 months in, I have developed frequent urinary with sudden urge to go urinate. I wake up 1-2 times night to urinate. I drink 4L water, but I have noticed I can retain urine for less period of time.

I have read some medical research papers that this may be due to Diltiazem inhibiting the detrusor muscles in the bladder making it weaker.

I do not know what the correlation is between the frequent urge incontinence and the left epididymis swelling. The testicle as a whole is not fully swollen, just the tail is swollen and painful. When underwear rubs or the scrotum skin contracts when cold, the pain is worse and more noticeable. Pain also becomes much worse after ejaculation.

Please help. I have seen several medical doctors and all of which have given up to help me. The doctors put me on Bactrim antibiotic (Trimethoprim / Sulfamethoxazole) for 7 days and then two weeks later I was prescribed Ciprofloxacin for 7 days. I used both antibiotics and both didn't help or were useful.

I have used Pulsatilla 30c for 14 days (3 doses per day) recommended by family member, but this did not help.
