Heat intolerance
Hello, I am a 47 female and I have been dealing with heat intolerance since I was 25yo. I also have Hypothyroidism but I get tested regularly and I am not Hyperthyroid. I cannot tolerate heat and humidity. I get irritable, feel like I’m suffocating, cannot handle tight clothing. My face gets red and my head become very hot and sweaty. This condition is affecting my life in a terrible way. I am very embarrassed by it. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. Please help! Thank you!Melanie
