My observations:

Abscess in chest - No change

Pressure rise in late afternoon and evening slightly less now.
Sole( specially right) pain ful- remains
Enlarged prostate frequent urination at times particularly 4-7pm -slight improvement

Constipation- stool not easily expelled and not much urging-
Stool leakage less.
Sleepiness in the morning- less.
Wind-remains
A few years back an eminent homoeo physician of Kolkata opined that Lycopodium is my remedy. He was very old and not available

Thank you very much doctor for your giving special attention to my case. While I am attaching the prescriptions of the said physician let me add that so far I remember he prescribed Lyco 200 and I observed some good results by way of reduction of sole pain and stomach issues when he perhaps was satisfied and might have gone for its higher potencies but I could not continue the treatment.

Your lucid explanation has been most useful for my understanding. It reminds me once again that today is Teachers' day. Thank you very much.

Acting on your last advice I am taking the medicines from 5th Sept.
Yesterday I took the 4th dose of Thuja200 at 5pm. There was a heavy spurt in blood pressure(around 180/90/ p.rate 80 at about 6pm.) In the evening of 5th bp was also a bit on the higher side145/80.
I felt dizziness, reeling of head, acidity, slight cough, throat sore
and nausea.
I have not taken any further homoeo doses pending your advice. I had to consume a sleeping pill for the night.

Constipation- during the period medicine taken I had to go to toilet twice but stool not fully expelled each time. However
Stool oozing not occured during the period.
Wind- less
I was better after taking Sulphur30.

Constipation- No urge. Hard stool. Oozing after a few days.

I was better after taking Sulphur 30.
