Chalazion in 3.7 years old baby girl

My daughter 3.7 years old has a chalazion in left upper lid edge. It's been there for more than 4 months now. Not painful. Reddish. Small in morning and reddish and little big in evening. It is not subsiding so now We visited opthal, and got confirmed it is a chalazion and prescribed with moxicip oinment thrice a day and warm compress. I am applying warm compress and oinment but chalazion is still there. For past one month in lower lid also a small chalazion has formed now. i am very much worried as Dr said if with medications, lid massage and warm compress this doesn't subside then surgery is only way. I am very scared of surgery on my little one. My baby is also having constipation issues.

Staphysagria 30 TWO PELLETS THREE TIMES A DAY.

IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X 2 TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK EVERY 4 DAYS.

thanks for reply . I am currently using moxicip oinment for eyes. Is it fine for baby to take both of above prescribed drugs alingwith it? Also, do we have any side effects of same? please help.

DO NOT USE ANY SUPPRESSIVE FORM OF TREATMENT.

GIVE STAP AND FP ONLY.
