Hi ,
Your diet has to be controlled for about 3 weeks to fix digestion.
Homeopathic meds will not cure things if diet is wrong.
Over time, making too many acidic food choices turns our cells to acidic ph. Cells have to be alkaline ph. Please google alkaline foods and stop any citrus fruit or drinks, chocolate, black tea or coffee
Junk food , extra spicy.
Takes about 2 to three weeks and cells will reset.
Then you can add things back slowly , and cut back if you have symptoms again.
Many people have got well thru fixing just their diet. It is a primary cause and taking tons of meds is never going to cure.
Once you do this, you will learn to know what your body is telling you regarding food.
