There have been some past threads where such books were discussed ---I myself have recommended some books. HI or Homeopathy International is one helpful site with books and articles.
Beginner's Guide to Homeopathy by T.S Iyer is one good book for beginners.

I have recently bought Homeopathic Materia Medica by Dr. William Boericke (Old edition-Hindi) from amazon India. In my opinion, the book is a concise guide to homeopathy for beginners. Just check it out once if you are really willing to dive into the world of homeopathy.
