Phosphorus 200c
Hi Team,I have been prescribed phosphorus 200c for my hair loss issue. It should be taken as 4 - 0 - 4 for 5 days.
Now my questions is it correct to take phosphorus in 200c potency for 5 continuous days?
Secondly since 2 days I am not getting sleep in the night (since 2 days I am taking phosphorus 200c). Is this lack of sleep is due to phosphorus 200c?

Since I have taken (Phosphorus 200c) for 3 days now (only 2 more days left to take) will it do any harm (like side effect) in terms of overdose.

Phosphorus is thought to be destructive in nature, depending upon conditions, age, potency, .......etc. it may be very dangerous if taken without totality of symptoms and some other factors. You can take low potency(30 or 6) and only one time and very minimum dose. Remember Homeopathic treatment is very dangerous, if taken unwisely. After some days it may be fixed , whether your sleeping problem is due to phosphorus or not.

In the past I have in touch with 2 to 3 homeopathic doctors. Everyone has different approach.
Can you suggest any homeopathic book which gives more explanation about selecting potency of different homeopathic medicine just to get an idea.

As far as I know there is no such book in Homeopathy, specially in which only potency and their selection is discussed. You have to collect it from different books, and should learn from experienced doctors. Thanks.
