Remedy Selection

Suppose a lm potency of 0/30 solved a chronic case. Now after some years there is a relapse of symptoms. What you would prefer moving to lm 0/31 or choose a medicine whose intensity is equal to the disease. Suppose only physical symptoms persist, so can we redose with lower potency, a potency lower than 0/30 and expect cure with no aggravation.
