Diabetes in 52y old woman

Hello,

I was diagnosed with diabetes a few weeks ago and had started taking syzygium jambolanum but my sugar level has been fluctuating from 10 - 15.

I also have trouble with sleeping throughout the night due to shoulder and neck pain.

Please suggest suitable remedy for the above.
