small cysts in lungs detected in CT (ex smoker)

Recently I was in isolation for testing covid positive. To evaluate lungs and to avoid any breathing issues i went for a ct scan, wherein it is revealed that my lungs contain small cysts allover the lungs in all areas.

Can any doctor in the forum suggest a homeo remedy and help me avoid future complications.
Now i do not have any problem due to cyst
