Constipation and hard stools in baby

My grand daughter aged 3years 6months had this problem. Once in 2 days with great effort and our massage on stomach with oil and warm massage on stomach.
The allopathic medicine. Drops are very bitter and she is throwing.
Please advise.

NUX VOM 30 AT NIGHT 2 DROPS IN A SPOON OF WATER DAILY,FOR THREE DAYS.

DAY 4 ONWARDS ALUMINA 30 TWICE A DAY.

FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.

Sir the medicine alumina30 has worked on my grand daughter. She is having regular stool .
But if I stopped it she is having trouble again. Can I continue indefinetly

After three days she is having same problem.
So I am giving Alumina30 on regular basis once.

No issues.But keep giving regular feedbacks.

In addition give Nat Mur 6x 2 tabs three times a day.

Please dont repeat alumina 30 now stop now and only give asingle dose of Alumina 200 pills on tongue empty stomach and wait for a week.

Tried. No good result.Had problem from 3rd day.
So I gave her Alumina 30 again.
Is it not good to use regularly.
Everyone says homieo had no side effects.

THERE IS NO ISSUE IN USING IT TILL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED.IN CASE HE IS RESPONDING WELL TO AL 30 THEN CONTINUE GIVING REGULAR FEEDBACKS.

Sir nat.mur 6x received today from fed x.
In usa medicines not available in stores.
So now shall I use only nat. Mur6x by stoping alumina30c. Or use both.

I find no difference. If we miss the medicine
Baby is not having poop.
