Teenage acne - seeking further guidance please

Hello,

My teenage son has acne. They are not large, but he has flare ups on his cheeks, forehead and chin. The flare ups come and go. I am looking for something to keep acne under control and hopefully disappear.

Initially, he was taking Hepar Sulphur 200 and Arsenicum Album 200 one dose of each, every other day. These worked ok but we did not see a significant improvement after a month.

Then, I was told to give him Sulphur 30, 6 pellets twice daily for two weeks. Acne are more manageable, and still visible on cheeks, forehead and chin with some flare ups. I did not receive a follow up response from the original homeopath that recommended Sulphur 30, so I am seeking further guidance.

Should my son continue Sulphur 30? Thank you.

Hello, took Arnica 30 as stated. Acne worsened - more and larger. Sulphur 30 seemed to have done a better job in keeping it under control. Please advise, thank you.
