74 year old with normal pressure hydrocephalus

My father is 74 years old and has been diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus. He has trouble walking, has low urine control, and many dementia type symptoms. Please advise any good homeopathic medicine to reduce the build of CSF fluid in his brain so he can live normally thanks

I also forgot to tell one thing my father also has brain/cerebral atrophy in the mri scan
