nerve pain

I have cervical and thoracic stenosis as a result of two bad
car wrecks (within six months of each other) years ago
The stenosis was discovered in Xray (cervical 3 years ago)/CT (last Oct)
The problem now is pain radiating down both arms, e.g. today,
into my hands
It often prevents me from restful sleep and it is significant
enough that it impacts on my emotional state as well.
Wondering if Hypericum is the best homeopathic?
Thank you so much.
