hemorrhoids

Ok I am having issues for the past few months. The issue is that I get hemorrhoids when ever I get an upset stomach. Then when it gets better then constipation makes them bad. I also have IBS which doesn’t help. For IBS I have been having Kurchi Q, and it has helped me a lot. But these hemorrhoids have been gone for a while but come back when ever I have an upset stomach. What should I Do.

In other words when ever i have anything to eat i get the urge or pain in the stomach and have to go to the bathroom. Same way i had to when i was having IBS.
