Seems like your way of prescribing changed a lot with experience mate. I understand. As of now it is 9:30 PM IST. And I will be going to sleep. I will write to you in 12 hours.

The actual disease started 10 years ago, but at the time nobody was able to diagnose it as The patient was still a child suppose 10 years old at the time and he could not tell his symptoms. He could not describe how he feels how his mind is how his thought processes are at that time .but maybe it was the fault of the home or maybe it was the fault of the child but we cannot blame him. He was very young at the time . While he was in the mother’s womb, she suffered from gross thyroid problem ( Hypothyroidism). After birth he suffered of chronic obstructive, pulmonary disorders, asthma and and also he had chronic mucus inflammation so far for those things he was prescribed arsenic 30 and merc sol 30, many times in his young days But after the Arg Nit diseased mind state started taking over in his 4th standard he started to show symptoms like anxiety diarrhea and emaciation and Alopiciea universalis and for that he was given acid floor 30 and phosphorus 30 and many other drugs in the lower potency to battle emaciation and the other symptoms mentioned previously but there was no lasting cure and also He contracted epidydimitis when he was in his ninth standard after rigorous exercise and that he was prescribed Puls 200 but still the swelling remains, but still the patient is suffering and it is clearly visible. The disease is progressing as he has premature aging and so on .It has been diagnosed as Argentum Nitricum as his constitutional drug in the beginning of this year, January 2024. when he opened up about how he truly feels and how he truly thinks, what his anxiety is what not so yeah first dose of Arg Nit 1M was given on January 14, but there was not much to observe. There was no change in the patient at all. The second was was repeated in approx 15 days as things are in South India here and even then there was no clear response and we waited and we waited.
Arg Nit 10M given on March 10th or so, and there was a very immediate action in the first week itself thank god at least the patient responded. He had a very frightening snake dream he had nocturnal emissions with prostate pain, general prostate pain ,urethritis frequent urination, photophobia, severe eyestrain, severe neck pain and also, he had a little eczema before only but after the 10M was prescribed the eczema aggravated a lot. ( he did have a little eczema before but now it is all over his body) Mind you all these symptoms appeared only after the 10 AM dose was given .The patient could not bear the pain of eye strain and photophobia and for that Ononsmodium 6C was prescribed to the patient. He also could not bear the prostatitis pain So he was Given mother Tincture and 3X6X bio chem tablets and preparations To relieve the pain. And also, in the meantime, he had to lift some weights in order to Help his parents in some gardening work and his right testicle Started to pain and he was again prescribed puls 200 I know it sounds like way too many remedies, but the patient is suffering . As of now today is July 29, 2024 and he has Eczema all over his body due to aggravation for the 10M dose and he has neck pain, severe neck pain and also his epidydimitis is is flaring up again and for all these things he has been taking mother tinctures and magnesium phosphorus 30 X , Ferrum phosphoricum
6X , and kali mur 6x for his neck pain and his epodydimitis and alopecia remains and eczema’s has come up on all his body due to aggravation .So I won’t be giving him anything soon. Maybe January 2nd week of 2025 I am thinking of giving him arg nit 30C . What do you think??

Maybe I should change to symptomatic treatment because what you said is true. For symptomatic treatment I can do it by myself. I will start after aggravation completely subsides.
