Hydrosalpinx

Is there any potent remedy for hydrosalpinx please? I’ve been trying to conceive and been in pain for the past 4 years. HSG showed large loculation on right fallopian tube.trans vaginal scan showed Adenomyosis and posterior vagina cyst. I’m 38yrs. Monthly period is normal and consistent. No child yet. Never experienced any kind of pains during period, until 4 years ago after marriage. Never had heavy period flow before. No pain during sex. I only feel pain before period and before/after ovulation.having trouble conceiving now.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Are you taking any medicine currently?
Please share all the complaints that you are facing due to Hydrosalpinx/Fallopian tube blockage.
Plz start THIOSINAMINUM 30C for the time being. (2 drops in some water, three times daily, before 20-30 minutes of taking your meals/breakfast.)

I’m taking medorrhinum 1m at the moment. 5 pallets daily. I still feel the pains. The pain has been so severe for the last 3 days. Especially during ovulation. On my left tubes. I also take cimicifuga racemosa. As I read about it online too. Been taking cimicifuga for the past 8 days or so.
