ulcers; white; as if coated with milk;

Yesterday i found at root of my tongue red ulcers with white top.
Its not painfull only when eating it itching.
Can u help me?

Thanks for advice. Its 2. day i am taking medcine and ulcer has significantly diminished but its still there.
