Chikingunya and no menses

Im single female late 30s, Im having chikingunya for the last 4 weeks almost.

I had rashes which disappeared after a week and terrible joint pain which still persists and sometimes swelling. The pain is excruciating that Im unable to walk n get up. Or do my daily tasks. Once my hand got so swollen up but now its ok after taking homeopathic medicine.

I took some allopathic medicine but give temporary relieve.
My homeopathy Dr has given me

Arnica 200
Ruta

Now my periods are delayed for 7-8 days. My periods are very much regular. Im so anxious.

Particularly my right hand is stiff in the morning and whenever I do home chores like ironing clothes, which Im avoiding but if I do it get worse.
