Pins and needles in legs
Hi everyone,I’m hoping for some advice on homeopathic remedies that might help with what I’ve been going through. It’s been a really tough year—my mom was in and out of the hospital, and we sadly lost her at the end of December. The stress has been overwhelming, and I’m really feeling it physically and emotionally.
I hope it’s okay to share all this here. I’m just trying to lay everything out in case it helps pinpoint something that might ease things a bit. I’m not looking for any type of diagnosis—just ideas for remedies that could help me manage better right now.
Here’s what I’m dealing with:
1. Neurological Symptoms:
Electric-like pain in my lower spine that radiates down my legs.
Pins and needles in my legs (worse on the right side) and tingling in my fingers (mostly the right hand).
Trouble moving my head to the left, with aching in my right shoulder.
Tinnitus in my right ear, noticeable primarily when trying to sleep.
A constant swollen feeling in my lower lip.
2. Cardiovascular Concerns:
My heart rate goes up in stressful situations, especially in crowds.
Blood pressure has been higher at night (it’s usually low).
I feel dizzy and lightheaded, especially when anxious.
3. Musculoskeletal Issues:
I have scoliosis and hypermobility, which cause joint and muscle pain.
A meniscus tear in my left knee adds to the discomfort.
4. Skin and Allergies:
Rashes (small red dots that clear up quickly) after shaving and irritation from my Fitbit’s silicone band.
5. Digestive Issues:
Acid reflux after some meals.
Diarrhea some mornings, going multiple times.
6. Emotional and Psychological Factors:
I’ve been feeling really anxious in crowds or when alone, worrying about passing out.
This morning (1 am), I woke up panicked, convinced the left side of my body was swollen, but it wasn’t.
The stress and emotional fatigue from losing my mom have been heavy.
I’m also wondering if some of these symptoms might be related to perimenopause. My mom and sister started perimenopause around 38/39, which is my age now, so it’s been on my mind.
I’ve noticed Gelsemium helps me sleep better, but I’m wondering if there’s anything else that might help ease the anxiety a bit so I can cope better with everything else going on. I’m currently considering Ignatia, Phosphorus, and Sepia as possible remedies based on my symptoms, but I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences with them—or if there’s something else you think might help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any suggestions you might have!

Natrium muriaticum can also be considered in such case where there is profound grief is found. Gelsimium,Staph can also give great benefits
