Root Canal Infection

Hi,

I had a root canal on 1/25/25 and was prescribed amoxicillin to treat the infection. I would like to know what remedies I can take to treat the infection. I do not want to take the medication prescribed to me. So far, I have taken Hepar Sulph, Arnica, and Goldenseal/Echinacea. Should I switch something up or does what I have suffice? I do not have any pain and have very little irritation. I have a follow-up in a few weeks and would like to make sure the infection is cleared by then so I can get my tooth filled and crowned.

Silicea 6x five tabs three times a day.Frequent mouth wash with Calendula Q . <br>

I only have access to Silicea 8x, 12x, 6c, and 30c. Would the 8x suffice?

Also should I get calendula extract or the oil?
