Disorientation
Hi i am suffering from pots from last 2 year. and I stay at home. so i used to have this symptom like im in a dream or confused of deattached while walking or standing for too long which is i thought due to pots. but from aug 2024 I am facing this issue even when sitting at home also. I fell like im in a dream and everything feels unreal and strange surroundings more like disorientation and derealization.brain fog very sleepy all the day even after good sleep. restlessnesss after sunset. so please help mehopes-alive on 2025-03-02

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.
DAY 2 ONWARDS
OPIUM 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION BIO-COMBINATION 28 FIVE TABS THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
