Neurogenic voiding dysfunction (NVD)

1. My brother age 55 yrs suffers from NVD which has led to backpresure changes in his kidneys(this was diaganosed about 3 years ago when he was found doing bedwetting).he is also a acute schizophrenia case since almost 30 years and presently is on 200 mg clozapine daily.latest ultrasound suggests that his right renal pelviycalceal system is mildly dilated with parenchymal thickness 12 mm whereas his left renal pelviycalceal system is moderatley dilated with parenchymal thickness 13.6 mm.both kidneys are normal in postion and size. 2. the urologist treating him has advised Clean intermittent self-catheterization (CISC) for him which i am organising daily.he is also advised allopathic med for bladder improvement.these med have side effects which i wish to avoid. 3.his CISC as per the urologist will continue every day for perhaps all his life unless there is a positive improvement in his urin ary bladder function . His prevoid urinary bladder volume is 247 ml whereas his post void urinary bladder volume is 112 ml. 4. may i know if homeopathy can be used for such treatment.. thanks
