Hyperthyroid -- Graves disease
My female friend has been diagnosed with hyperthyrod -- Graves Disease -- confirmed with radioactive Iodine test (Isotope).TSH: Less than 0.08
T4: 18 (report says high is 12)
Mind: Scared when in sleep, very emotional, difficulty in sleeping, crying very often, very sensitive, thinks too much for small things
Wt: 43KG
Height: 5'
Body type: slim and short
feel suffocated at times, sometimes feels short of breath.
Eyes little protuding
Menses: Very low blood flow
Heart problem: No heart problem
High Blood Pressure: normal
Heredity of Diabetes: None
Current medicine: Calcarea Iod 30C ( 3 times daily), Kali phosphoricum 6x (4 granules -- 3 times a day)
With the medicine symptoms still persist.
Is the medication OK?
Should she move to Lycopus Vir. 30Q?
Please advise along with the dosage.

Thyroidinum 1M one dose on three sucessive days should help.

What should be the dosage for Calc carb and Baryta Carb?
Should she stop calc iod?
Also, she is getting boils around neck, back and little above chest.
