thanks for readind my form what to do for hpertension readings 177/100, 158/100. if you can give me quick remedies an long term remedies. i know about arnica 30 wet dose. and i just found out on the remidy grid pulsatilla nigricans, for my many ailments. it is said to take only one remedy at a time right.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
one at a time is best - if more are given/recommended it is with good reason from a homeopathic prescriber but does not apply to self-treatment.
try the pulsatilla if that has many indications for you personally.
also check out crataegus (3x-10x potency range). Crataegus (hawthorn) can also be acquired as a tablet from health shops for a more material and specific treatment.

thanks for your reply i purchase some garlic capsauls to day with crataegus - hawthorn in it. also has cayenne in it. on the right track.
