Wrong remedy can harm
Dear friends,I am posting information about a person who took a wrong remedy and has developed a serious problem.This is just one example.There are many which anyone can find if he/she searches or does some googling research before trying homeopathy.

Here goes the proving case.
Hello,
My homeopath gave me Viola 12C (I don't know if it's odorata or tricolor), once a day for 6 days. I stopped taking it 6 days ago and have since had decreased hearing. I can't hardly understand people when they talk to me, I have to ask them to repeat what they said, I have trouble hearing myself talk unless I talk louder than normal, and I have to turn the TV up very loud. My homeopath told me to antidote with aromatherapy candles, I've been doing this for 3 days and it hasn't restored my hearing. He won't talk to me further. How much longer am I going to have this decrease in hearing? What are the antidotes to Viola Odorata and Viola Tricolor?
Yes, he had me taking it in dry pellet doses once a day for 6 days. He was treating anxiety and nervousness, and I didn't feel any improvement.
I'm still not sure how homeopathy works but from what I was told provings are only temporary and not harmful, right? So if I'm proving this remedy will this hearing problem disappear in a few more days or do I need to antidote?
Yes, I think I'm still proving some remedies I took together 4 months ago when I tried self-treating myself knowing little about homeopathy. I took 4 remedies together, 2 which were imcompatible, and messed my whole body up. But the hearing problems are definetly from the Viola.

The above are excerpts from an interaction that a patient had with a homeopath whom she is consulting to come out of this mess created by the wrong remedy.
I just posted this for people not having much knowledge of homeopathy and who think these small pills are totally harmless and hence can be taken just like that without a serious effort to find the correct remedy.

Did you consider the possibility that the med choice could be right and the impact is an aggravation?
Maybe a fresh case taking will help.

This should be an eye-opener for patients who go to such 'RENOWNED' homeopaths who dont talk openly. Atleast in this case, the patient knows what remedy caused the problem. Some homeopaths dont even tell their patients about the remedies administered/treatment plan. Those who go to such people must be CAREFUL otherwise they can't even know what triggered their trouble.

Let me first of all tell you from the bottom of my heart that your compassion for the persons seeking help here is exemplary and coming out more and more.You do not get angry with people just like that.You get angry when from your side you think someone's posts may scare the people away from homeopathy.
Now, i do not want to scare the people who want to use homeopathy.But i only want them to show more respect for the power that these remedies carry for healing as well as harming when prescribed incorrectly.This will only make them more cautious and careful in choosing a homeopath as well as in understanding the problems that occur after a homeopathic remedy.Whether it is a temporary aggravation of existing symptoms, old symptoms coming back indicating a curative response, symptoms leaving a deeper and hence more vital layer and coming to a more superficial one (Dr. Vijaykar's observations on suppression and true healing) or WHETHER IT IS A PROVING SYMPTOM WHICH EXHIBITS THE POISONOUS ASPECT OF THE REMEDY ADMINISTERED.
In this case, it is the latter as the lady has never had hearing problems and the homeopath who advised the remedy himself is desperately trying to antidote it.

I am a sufferer of Selenium proving, and the proving never went away. Pankaj knows what I am talking about.
If a substance when entering into your body can do you good, beware that it can do you harm as well, beware of wrong remedies.
My advise to the patients. Dont self remedy yourself, seek an experienced homeopath, and stick to him for a while.
