13 month old hives

After my breastfeed daughter turned 1 year, I tried yogurt for lunch. She develpoed facial hives. She does not have any dairy in her diet and continues to breastfeed. She eats mostly veggies and fruit. She is healthy and thriving. We give her urtica urens when she does get exposed to something that causes her to have hives. Is this the right remedy? Should I be taking anything to help her since she still breastfeeds. She has not developed hives when I eat dairy. She only has a patch of possible excema on her foot, otherwise great skin. Her bowels are normal.
