This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What do you think would be the difference between them, Chamoy? Please explain clearly where they are different, and what differences this may or may not make.

For quite some time Kuldeep/Girilal has been giving us ways to make homeopathic medicines at home ourselves. He is very good at it.
Before him Sabra used to tell us a little bit. (She is not coming here any more for long time).
The methods of making at home are very useful if you live in a place where homeopathic meds are difficult to get (as I experienced in Canada vs. in India).
I had a chance to discuss this topic with Kuldeep...as I always thought the best is to buy the Company made meds from the store. He has a very strong point of view and also valid. He says....what you make at home is 'Pure for Sure'.
Make your choice.
Best wishes,

Chamoy, I realise there's store-bought and home-made silica. I asked for someone to describe how these are different from each other. After all, silica is simply plain old silicon dioxide the world over, wherever it comes from. However if you can describe any differences, I would be pleased to learn. Would you mind?

Anyone going to provide some information? Please describe how these [two sources of silica] are different from each other.

Things like ' pus ' ...is foreign matter.

I think foreign matter when refered in the context of silecia is something that is not produced by the body, but, something like a broken thorn remaining inside, a dust particle in the eye, or surgical implantations etc..
Its ability to cure infections with pus formation is a different matter altogether.
