remedy for side effects ?

is it possible to reverse the side effects of 'allopathy medication ' in h.pathy.

my friend got his eye sight weak now and THAT allopathy MEDICINE EXPLICILY WROTE THAT UR EYE SIDE WILL BECOME WEAK ' .

is it possible 2 reverse it back to normal? the patient is normal now but with weak distance vision.

ye the patient is 20 =, no serious family history regarding eyes ,having no of -1.5 on both sides , non spherical , and both yees got same no .

i know there are medicines but for this particualr situation need consultancy.

one more thing isnt rutas gr 30 used in other normal probs.
