For Dr Mahfooz - Treatment of Azoospermia

I was born with bilateral undescended testicles. The left testicle was descended through surgery when I was 17 and the right one when I was 18. I got married at the age of 28 and was not aware of my problem as I did not face any erection or sexual problems after surgeries. After one and half year of our marriage without pregnancy, we approached our GP who advised me to go through a semen analysis that revealed zero sperm count. Following the physical examination of my testis, the doctors explained that the size of the testis is small and that biopsy might not be very helpful. The conclusion based on their experience was that the membrane responsible for producing sperms generally gets damaged due to higher heat exposures and the likely damage caused may be irreversible.

Having some hopes from the developments and success stories in the last 2 years, we visited fertility clinics in UK. They advised us to go for TESE-ICSI treatment but the pregnancy rate is less than 30%.

I have now decided to make an effort with homeopathy. I have gone through two tests recently and the results are as below:

Semen Analysis
– Sperm Count (ZERO)

Hormone Test
- LH 17.4 mIU/ml
- FSH 43.1 mIU/ml
- Testosterone 4.40 mIU/ml

Any remedy that could be helpful in generating sperms.
