Hair Loss in the form of MPB

I have tried Arnica 30c in the Split dose as suggested by Joe for more than 3 months.
Also tried Arnica Q + Coconut oil massage.
There has been no progress in hair growth at all- I am loosing hair statring from the front and right side of head.
Could you suggest something else or shall I keep continuing with Arnica?
Any Help would be appreciated

try (Natrum mur-30c) 2pills daily for week only and after 3weeks report back,OK

i have started rubbing nails for the past 15 days,still i dont see any considerable inmprovement,how long should rubbing nails be donebefore any improvement is seen
