i check the semen because i married this year , But my was not conceived. I check my wife HSG and scan
As per Gynac report it it normal

To inprove my sperm count doctors tolf my to take tablet CoQ and to remove infection Doxy Tablet

Pl suggest me homeopathy medicine

i am getting 4 inch erection of my penis at the time of intercource . Is it Sufficient .

I am having problem of Premature Ejaculation and weak erection and discomfort feeling in right side of epdidims , swelling not too much then before, i am married 3 months ago.

I am having fear of my semen quality (infertality)

I want to test but how? and how many days i stop ejaculation and also to how much time for taking it to labortory for analysis
