social anxiety

Hi,
I am wondering what the best homeopathic remedy is for social anxiety. I get very nervous and hate being around people. I always feel like I don't know what to say and that no one likes me and I'm making a fool out of myself.

I tend to blush and sweat and can't get regular words out. It makes me depressed.
