backache

getting lower backache..get relief in bending in forward direction..feel discomfort without a support..i think it happened due to wrong sitting posture or due to continuous improper sitting on chair..but help me out plzzz

If you are of the view that it is only due to improper sitting then please rectify this improper sitting posture and take only Rhust-30 3/4 doses.
