Hair loss after permanent hair straightening

Hello,

I did hair straightening done twice in the last 8 months after which hair loss is too much..I use conditioner every time I wash my hair.I wash my hair every alternate day at least because my skin is extremely oily.I had acne problems and still have multiple deep scars on my face.However dont get any acne anymore.An allopathic doctor gave me biomax tablets and also advised me against applying coconut oil to hair.I am extremely tensed about losing hair at this rate.I can almost see my scalp!
I read about taking Arnica in many threads but not sure if it will apply to me as well.

Please advise..
