Breast reduction and weight loss medicine

Pls suggest good medicines for reducing breast and weight. My wife is putting on weight, though she does not eat too much, and her breast size has rapidly Increased.

1.Breast size (Measured with mesuring tape) = 38 inches.

2. Weight 59 kg, height 5 feet 1 inch.
3. Little Weakness.

Concerned person is Strictly vegetarian and Non alcoholic.
