PCOS Weight loss and Breast reduction

Hello Doctor,
I'm overweight and have PCOS. My lower body is more slim than my upper body. My breasts are extremely large, my stomach is also huge, and my sides are hanging down. I tried to lose weight but was unable to do so. I go to the gym every day and limit my carbohydrate intake. I take calcarea carbonic three times a day after meals and lycopodium on an empty stomach. My body fat percentage is 52%. Please assist me. I need to lose weight quickly because I'm getting married in September. Could you please tell me the name of the medicine or fat cutter homeopathy medicine?

Thank you for reply. Can you please tell me what I have to write in the complete history. I am 31 year old .I have PCOS for 10 years. My blood tests are more but high cholesterol. I was fatty liver before but now my tests are normal for the fatty liver. I am taking cholesterol medicine and metformin for PCOS. I am also taking vitamin D because vitamin D also low. I am feeling tired everyday. Please let me know if you want any other information.
