very severe hairfall

Hello Doc,
I am 23 years old.I am experiencing severe hairfall since 3 months.earlier a very little hairfall was there.but now I am having very serious hairfall.
I do go to gym.I dont know the exact reason for hairfall.
Please help me with the medication.please,its already getting late.
