Suffering from hyperhidrosis
Hi,I'm a female 36 years old, height 157 and weight 51kg. I suffer from perspiration in palms, feet and underarms. This is becoming a social embarassement.
Over the years the sweating has reduced considerably in all (i.e palms / feet / underarms). I sweat mainly out of anxiety / nervousness (when i hold my children's hands while crossing the road [this even almost led to an accident as my child's hand slipped from mine], meeting someone new & even friends, attending interviews, etc etc.)
Please suggest a remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take a single dose of Lycopodium 200c for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects you in the next 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within ONE HOUR before or after taking medicine.
