Hair loss due to change of place

Dear Doctors,

My age is 23 years. 4 years before i shifted from my home town to Patiala (Punjab), since then due to change in place and water here i m losing hairs day by day. Earlier my head used to be full of hairs but now they have become very less at the top of the head as they as sheeding continously.

Plz suggest me some good remedy so that the hair fall stops. And plz tell me whether my lost hairs will regrow.
