dear doctor,

i'm 39 years male. married in 2009.

i underwent semen analysis in 14/10/2010, details as below :-

*physical examination:

*volume: 1 ml 1200-1500/24 hrs

appearance: opaque

color: greyish white

liquefaction time: 25 minutes

viscocity: normal

*chemical examination:*

ph 7.2 7.2 -
7.8
sperm count no spermatozoa seen

*active motile*

1st hour 00%
2nd hour 00%
3rd hour 00%

*microscopic examination*

sluggish motile 12-15
morphology no spermatoza seen
impression azoospermia

secondly i visited a urologist, he says my testes is very small.

please help us.
