Can hair loss be reversed from excess carbohydrate consumption?
When you eat too many refined carbohydrates, you body takes an insulin hit. This can cause hair to weaken and fall out, which is my case.Does anyone know if hair loss from insulin spikes (from processed carbs) can be reversed though diet and exercise? My hair has really thinned out, and my hairline is starting to recede. I know it could be genetics, but I have a strong feeling that it's from my poor diet.
