When I read, I cannot remember the sentence I just read. My educational memory and recollection is poor. I am having a tough time studying for a exam. Please tell me the remedy for this problem

Please take Kali Phos-6xfour tablets thirce a day and Ginko biloba-Q fifteen drops thrice a day. and report after 4 weeks.
