Please Help! Severe hemorrhoid pain

Thanks so much for all the feedback. I haven't bought anything yet (money) but will definitely purchase all at the first of the month. The pain is horrible I cannot wait to start on these homeopathic remedies.

I have been taking Aesculus-200 6 pills 2 times a day; Ratanhia-200 6 pills 2 times a day and Calc Flourica- 1m 2 pills bed time every day every day for a week. This is day 7. I have felt very minimal relief in the engorged veins in the anal region/butt cheek; slight improvement with the burning, raw, sticks in the rectum feeling and very little improvement with the severe pain in the sacrum/tailbone. I understand it takes time - what do I need to do? Please reply.

Thank you. Yes, I knew coming into this I would need alot of patience. It has been a week and a half and still no real relief in any area.I have noticed though over the past several days that my two external hemorrhoids have become much more painful to the touch and from sitting. (I have one internal grade 3 and two smaller externals.) Over the past several days I have had, not diarrhea, but just very loose stools. Someone else mentioned to me that due to my anxiety and depression I should be taking Hypericum and that it would help with pain? Advise?

It has been three weeks since treatment began so wanted to give an update.The sticks in rectum, raw feeling and burning have greatly subsided - I do still have painful burning associated with bowel movements. The swollen painful veins in rectum are still swollen and painful for a few hours after BM and in the evening - did not mention this in orig post (oversight on my part, too many things going on at once) as I experience bloating, flatulence and the urge for BM but there is only gas/lots of mucus. This occurs 98% of the time in the late afternoon - evening. Which, also causes swollen veins, pain. However the pain in the sacral/tailbone has subsided only slightly. Any type of heat, pressure from flatulence, protruding of my hemorrhoid(primarily this) causes excruciating pain. I believe (feel like) it is from muscle spasm /contraction from the anal spincter to the sacrum that causes the pain. I can put moist heat on it for 5 -10 minutes which is normally a big NOOoooo!! but this feels really good initially and seems to soften the spasm but after I have removed the heat then my sacral area feels really hot causing... PAIN. Also if I wake in the middle of the night with a warm feeling, my tailbone hurts, if I am outside (or inside, I live in warm climate of the US, 80 degrees today) and get warm = pain. The sacral/tailbone pain is the one thing that is still debilitating me more than anything else. Or maybe the sacral pain overwhelms all other pain I don't know ...

I did not order the Bach Flower remedies as I read the mental emotional descriptions and aside from Impatience felt it totally did not describe me or my feelings. If I could clarify: the anxiety/depression stem from long term unemployment, subsequent loss of house and car, lost my 17 yr old dog within a month of losing the car and lost my 13 yr old cat. The loss of job and home were devastating enough but losing my car (and all associated feelings of freedom) and my dog, who was literally EVERYTHING to me was too much and I shut down emotionally for several months. I will be starting a new job in a week but my mental state, depression, anxiety have not really improved even considering what I know to be good news: will be working.
