Need help for 6.5 yrs old ADHD boy

My grandson appears to be a case of ADHD child. I have visited various case histories requesting for homeopathic remedy for ADHD children and different responses from many suggesting various homeopathic remedies has only confused me.
Those requesting for homeopathic remedy for their ADHD child have left the threads before the conclusive end and therefore I am only wondering if at all there is any homeopathic remedy for an ADHD child?
Still with some hope I am posting the case history of my grandson for doctors on the forum to please help me with homeopathic remedy for him.
Case history of my grandson is as under:
1. Male, age 6.5 yrs, lean and weighing 21 kg, height..
2. Hyperactive- cannot sit still for even five minutes, must do some physical activity. If forced to sit still, either he is tapping his feet, and/or doing some thing with hands, shifting his body postures.
3. Even inside the house, never does walking, but always keeps running, jumping, bouncing and rolling his body. While doing so he does not care that he may hurt himself in the process.
4. Moves around constantly, often runs or climbs inappropriately.
5. While playing with toys like cars, he will hit one against other as if causing accident, throwing and tossing toys like flying cars. His toys hardly last for few days. Appears to have destructive tendencies.
6. Craving for company of friends. He has no brother or sister to give him company at home or any friend in the neighborhood.
7. On slightest opportunity or pretext pushes other children.
8. At school he has been labeled as troublemaker. Picks up fight on slightest reason. He will take fight with anyone who teases his good friend.
9. Copies or animates cartoon characters from TV shows. Likes to animate characters like Spiderman, and lead characters of hindi movies like Bodyguard, Dabbang, Singham etc, taking upon the role of a Saviour.
10. Very fond of racing with others.
11. Want to always win the race or any competition, happy to get excellent grades or standing first in the class.
12. When hungry or tired, he lies down with left thumb sucking holding corner of a sheet.
13. He appears not to listen when spoken to, his attention seems somewhere else. His focus is required to brought back to the task at hand.
14. If he is going to do some thing which otherwise he should not do and if advised No, dont do that, he immediately does it before you can prevent him.
15. He forgets instructions about Do and Not to Do things and appears to be not obeying instructions.
16. He has difficulty in following instructions in first instance. He forgets instructions given earlier about ways to do things.
17. Instructions like Be patient and Just wait a little while are twice as hard to follow.
18. He will interrupt conversations and invade other peoples space.
19. He cant wait for his turn in line or in games and tries to jumps the queue.
20. When asked why he does all those mischief, He blames someone inside him who forces him to do all those things.
21. He is afraid of going into a dark room alone.
22. He is afraid of crackers.
23. He likes and enjoys playing with water.
24. He does not feel much cold and throws away quilt/sheet while sleeping on winter night.
25. He can pay attention to his studies; can remember lessons, spellings, maths tables etc.
26. When he was a small kid in the cradle, he was throwing his legs and hands continuously. We thought it normal for kids and a good sign of active child.
27. When he started walking, he was whole day moving around. We thought he just learnt walking and is enjoying this new thing.
28. When he was few days old his sugar level had gone down dangerously low and he had gone in brief coma. After urgent medication he could become normal in few days.
29. His fontanel closed early at an age of about 3 months.
30. Barring few sweet things that too occasionally, he likes to eat salty things.
31. He is a loving and affectionate child. He has simplicity and innocence and is not cunning
32. He frequently gets cold and cough.
More information can be given on being asked.

-Yes he stops thumbs sucking after he has his meals.He also to resorts when he gets bored.

Constipated ??
-Yes his stools are hard and does not passes stools in the morning, it can be any time in the day.

Give him one dose of Anacardium 6 and wait for 15 days -- Give him Anacardium 30 and wait for 30 days without any other medicine.

This will give relief from constipation and cold, cough.

FOR HIS ILL BEHAVIOR . After constipation problem is solved.(after 30 days from Anacardium 30 dose)

Take Belladona 10 M (single dose). Observe him for next 2 years.

Never repeat this Belladona dose in 2 years. If no change than consult doctor.

Answers to your queries are:

Ans: After birth, While still in the hospital, his sugar level had gone became low and he was like in coma. Doctors gave emergent medication and he became normal. There is no other information to describe this.

'Did mother go through any emotional turmoil during pregnancy'
Ans: It was a scisarain birth and mother was given full anesthesia. Still she could feel some thing. May be she under some tension about safe birth.

I would not like to go for medication with such strong doses like 'Belladona 10 M (single dose). Observe him for next 2 years' and based on only matches of the symptoms of medicines, without a more detailed analysis and more opinions from other doctors on the forum.
So let me wait for more detailed analysis.

Why do you say he is not cunning?

Can you more descriptively explain his movements - how he moves? Give your impressions of his movements - of wht does it remind you?

What does he look like when he races?

What do you mean he climbs inappropriately?

What does he do when he fights? How does he fight?

Does he ever describe the person inside that forces him to do these things?

How is he with music?

How is he with animals?

This is very clearly an animal remedy. That I have little doubt of. I see cases like this all the time in clinic.

Movement is the primary characteristic of the animal remedies. I believe seeing him would probably help me understand this case better, but because this is not possible I must rely on your observations instead.

Why do you say he is not cunning?
A:Suppose his classmate start a fight and he fights back, they complaint to class teacher with madeup stories. This he can not do.He simple hearted does not lie.

Can you more descriptively explain his movements - how he moves? Give your impressions of his movements - of what does it remind you?
A:His movements are normal except that he always keep running. Even while going from one room to another inside house, he goes running. When under disciplined control, like in school or with me he will walk like a normal child.
He can not sit quietly at one place except when watching TV. When sitting for study or meals, he will leave his seat quite often and has to be called back. But while sitting he appears restless and is always shifting, moving legs and or doing something with hands.
His movements does not resemble or reminds any specific.

What does he look like when he races?

What do you mean he climbs inappropriately?
A: He not worried about any physical harm which may be caused to him. Inappropriate because, a normal child will not climb such places.

What does he do when he fights? How does he fight?

Does he ever describe the person inside that forces him to do these things?
A: He means a Demon who does bad things.

How is he with music?
A: He likes music. He also sings sometime and some thing.

How is he with animals?
A: Being a child he is naturally afraid of animal. We have no pets, so can not say if he will be comfortable with them.

Ok it looks like I will not be able to use you to be my eyes here.

As I cannot tell what kind of movement he is engaging in, I will have to make some assumptions about his case.

This case resembles an insect case, and specifically a spider one. The remedy I would start with is Tarantula, the best known of our spider remedies.

Get Tarantula hispanica 200c.

INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING

Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).

Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.

This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.

Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).

Start with 1/2 cup. Give one dose only and report the results in about a week.

Vikas did you know that the spider originally used to make/prove this remedy, was of an unknown species? I found that out from Frans Vermeulen. Apparently it is unlikely to even have been a tarantula at all, but merely some kind of large spider.

I am not feeling confident in going for suggested medication based on certain assumptions.

Kindly explain how you consider it an insect case, specifically a spider one. I had described you the movements of my grandson as much I observed him. Do you thing he moves like a spider i.e. on his both hands and feet? If yes how did you come to this conclusion?

That way all small kids initially move around on their both hands and feet and there no such peculiarity with my grandson.

I am sure if prescribed medicine matches his other symptoms as described in case history.

Kindly advise so that I can move further.

Do not misunderstand me. If I make a prescription I do so, as I do in my own clinic with my own patients, with as much confidence as I can. The limitation here is I cannot see the child, and there are tell-tale signs for Spider children, as there are for Cat children or Dog children or Bird children etc. Sometimes relatives can describe well enough for me to imagine, sometimes they cannot. Otherwise, I prescribe simply on the symptoms you describe.

All Animal remedies are competative and fight with others easily.

Insect remedies generally are Hurried restless hyperactive. In the Spiders this is exaggerated even further. Spiders and insects have short attention spans

Tarentula is depicted thus in our literature.

EXTREME RESTLESSNESS; the patient must be in CONSTANT motion, though motion aggravates. Desire to jump. BOUNDLESS energy; compelled to be busy, to act.
Everybody MUST HURRY. Impatient. Other people do things slowly.
Hyperactivity. RAPID movement.
Hands in constant motion, constant motion of legs, ludicrous motions, of arms and trunk. Tries to work this overexcitability, buts LACKS CONTROL.
