Dr . Joe De Livera please help with HAIRFALL

Dr. Joe ,
I am a 27yr old male .I am suffering for hairfall for last 12yrs .I have very thin hair now.I use Head & Shoulder
antidandruff shampoo everyday and oil my scalp 2 times a week .
I have severe dandruff problem and if I don't shampoo everyday my scalp becomes oily and sticky and I loose even more hair.
I took 3 dose of Acid Flour 200c and after that I came across your therapy and using that .
I am having 1 drop of liquid Arnica 30c in 400ml mineral water and having that 1 teaspoon full twice daily.
I am also using Arnica Q 10ml in 50ml virgin coconut oil solution thrice a week .
Will this therapy work for me aswell , will I gain new hair also . please reply .
