Flu-like symptoms - help, please, Sameer, if possible
Hi,I asked for Dr. Sameer because he's helped me out in the past. But I need help asap.
A couple weeks ago I had a cough. It was like deep in my lungs and they felt congested. No other symptoms. Slowly that went away. But now I've developed other cold/flu symptoms.
I have pain all over my body. It comes in pangs and is both sharp and dull. It feels like it's traveling. There is one spot on my back, upper/left, that feels like a burning cramp and that doesn't really go away, but changes with position (worse when I tilt my head to the left or when I stretch out). If I had to imagine what blood poisoning felt like, this would be it.
My head is congested. I feel pressure on the top, sides, upper back (I guess the crown) and also on my forehead.
My nose is stuffy, both sides, and running clear between white mucous.
Ears feel stuffy, sometimes a little itchy, and a bit painful. But nothing super annoying.
My lungs feel a bit congested, but nothing comes up. I feel like I can't cough hard enough.
I feel feverish, but don't have a high fever. I have not taken my temperature, but feel like it comes and goes. Low grade fever that makes me more achy.
It feels like allergies mixed with flu.
My bottom lip is cracked.
Eyes are blurry.
I have a red, scaly spot on the inside of my left nostril that appeared in the past few months and the same on the back crease of my left ear. Also a cracking area on the right/nape of my neck...just about where my hairline ends.
With this cold I have felt very emotional. Feel anxious and like crying. I have cried (which is RARE for me). I feel weepy and like I need to be reassured. I feel fearful of having some horrible terminal disease.
I feel like I'm always hunched over and catching myself. I straighten out for a second and before I know it I'm back. That's my natural posture, but I feel like it's really exaggerated right now. I guess I notice it more because I keep tensing the shoulder/neck area.
I started looking through homeopathic remedies myself, but could not find anything that really fit my symptoms completely and nothing that stood out more than anything else.
I appreciate any help I get.
I've really come to trust Sameer, so if you are around, please let me know who I can trust around here, if you are too busy.
Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'm thinking pulsatilla is the closest remedy...

Hi!
No thirst at all during the day, a little at night. But I have tried to drink a lot of teas & soup.
I just got a peculiar symptom and came to update. I have no sense of smell for body odor. It's weird be because I can smell everything else, though probably much less than usual.
I thought my husband didn't go to work today because I could not smell him and that's when I noticed. And of course then o started trying to smell stuff and, yeah, nothing! I would not mind keeping this symptom! Hahaha

Pulsatilla is a good choice. You can take a single dose of 200c.
