This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Distilled water is the best to make the wet dose with Arnica 30c.
I presume that you have already read my thoughts on using Johnsons baby shampoo and also the Arnica Q (mothe Tincture) mix with Coconut oil in a 205 solution which you massage into the hair roots.
Remember that this is not an instant fix. It may take some time and you should first notice the arresting of the loss of hair and then in about 2 months you should expect to see the new hair growing.

hi joe,
Thanx a lot for ur reply.
I have certain doubts.I will be grateful to you if u can reply to them.
Yes, i m using the johnson baby shampoo for shampooing as per ur suggestion.
But regarding distilled water i would like to inform u that the distilled water tht m gettg in the medical shops here in chennai(india)is only in small bottles of 2 ml which are for injection purpose only,it is nt the one used for making medicines which may be available in pack of 500 ml however i hvnt seen it yet.m yet to find it,i have searchd a lot but all in vain.So i have made the wet dose of arnica 30 in the normal drinking water of 400ml.Is normal drinking water ok for making wet dose ?
Also when i bang the bottle on my palm i donot see water fizzle too much it is too less.So can i go for packed mineral water for making the wet dose or this normal drinking water ok ?
I got the arnica 30 from a homoe shop in globules form. The arnica i got is german arnica.is that ok? I hav put in 3 globules in 400ml of water as adviced by u.
Joe u have also adviced to use the arnicaQ with coconut oil.I would like to point out that my hairs are very oily in nature becos of that i shampoo my hair every alernate day as they become too sticky.do u still suggest me to apply the arnicaQ with coconut oil solution to my hair roots twice daily ?

The water you can get from supermarkets which is usually spring water from deep bore wells is the ideal. You do not have to worry about distilled water.
You can twist the bottle in your hand from side to side to see the bubbles in the water which are important for the success of the cure. Remember that the bottle should have some air space for the bubbles to be visible.
Globules are OK
The Arnica Q mix with Colonut oil really does help as I believe that the oil when massaged into the scalp keeps the hair follicles happy. I had a recent case that was not reacting favourably to my therapy and when I added the oil mix it gave almost immediate results.
