what is spring water

i have allergic asthma patient i have read one article from forum about nat sulf 6c, but i cann';t understand what is spring water it is not available in our market also plz give me detail about this water.
and i am treating one of homeopathic dr in mumbai but ot get releif. i am suffering lot of sneezing and coryza in morning and asthma problem after sleeping.

spring water is from a natural spring.

It was advised to avoid municipal tap water that contains chlorine and other disinfectants.

Any natural water (rain, spring, river, canal) would do the job. Spring and Mineral waters are usually same.
